7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Certain items (intimate apparel, personalized products) may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

7.2 Wholesale Returns

Wholesale orders have different return policies based on the nature of the products and agreed terms. Please refer to your wholesale agreement or contact your account manager for specific terms.

7.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
